    Hi;

    I'm buying computer sites. My criterieas are below

    * Site must be minimum 2 years old
    * Site must have minimum 1k unique visitors per day. (If we had deal, I'm going to ask the google analitics reports for last 1 year)
    * Site must have computer related content (no warez, no role playing,no automatic web site, no hacking staff)
    * If you are going to ask a house price near miami beach for site which has 1k visitors, Forget it too. Price must be acceptable
