My computer shuts off randomly, and I mean randomly, usually about once every half a day but it shut off three times in the last hour and I am currently using it. I ran some stress tests for temperature check for about 30 minutes but I have narrowed it down to my power supply or motherboard. Please analyze the meaning of these PSU readings and temperatures from Everest to help.

    Thank you!

Have you done any hardware updates recently?
I had a similar problem and it stemmed back to some cheap RAM I put in a couple of weeks earlier.

Get some fans going. Make sure your power supply doesnt have dust.
Open the case to get air moving.

try to fix your computer by restoring a day when it was working properly

    Its probably your PSU.
You can clearly see that Motherboard can not supply proper voltage to the CPU Cores.
Like, it's supplying only +1.86 volts in place of +2.25 volts and only 3.39 volts @ where it needs +12 volts.
Try replacing the SMPS first, if that doesn't work, send you MB to the Service Center.

Can you try it with another psu? I had the same problem and this cured it.

It's certainly getting too hot and I don't think fans will fix it. Sort the PSU out first.

It's because maybe you have set your EVEREST software to auto shutdown PC when temperature increase or voltage decrease...

    check that!
