Every site that ive seen that doesnt have many links is devalued in most cases.

You have 2 choices as i see it....
1. milk it for what its worth (sitewides)
or
2. Build backlinks to retain the PR7

the 2nd choice would be everyones im sure but are you willing to spend a few thousand easy....
linking to high PR sites and still have no garrentee you will keep it... thats what you must answer yourself...

Now, we need to understand why!!

 

guesss some visibility on how u achieved it wld also help if u try to sell site-wide links. i wld need to think twice before paying for links on your site if i'm not confident it will retain its PR.... just some friendly comments

 

What does it matter?
Hes got a PR7 site and offers you a link page with Pr5-6
and to pay $30 bucks is definatly a bargain...
Even if his PR drops in 3 months you are still suckin his link
juice and benifiting from it so i fail to see why anyone wouldnt...
