    i would like to suggest:
    - wider template, say 1024 rather than 800
    - you use big space between header and forum's content, suggest to delete it or make it small.
    - if you want to concentrate on forum, make it simple layout and visitor easy to come and see like this DP forum.
    - if this site belong to me, i'll make website with articles and forum is a part of my site

    Site layout isn't bad...but you should really get a domain name and spell "programmers" right...

    You could also look into hiring posters to get your forum started but a domain name should be top priority!

    By the way I'm curious to know who serves your ads? :O

    Good site site... But it will make your site better if you could reduce the page loading time by doing some optimisation
