Compress an online streaming audio clip?

    I have a 115MB clip which I assume is too large, what should I compress it to? And in which program?

    What is the audio format and quality of the audio (bps - bits per second)?
    try to use Total Video Converter - a lot of options and formats to conversion is available for both video and audio files.
