    Now that you have finally requested your refund properly, as instructed the SECOND you asked for one on msn, where I proceeded to explain why I needed it done this way for business... You have quickly received a response.
    I would like to speak to your parents about this, as a lesson really needs to be learned here, or you need to go back to school and come back to the business world after you kids graduate.

    In case you didn't notice, your refund was processed promptly. I'd like to talk to your parents, and discuss some business communication classes that you should take, if you can put that much energy into something positive and productive you might get somewhere. Better luck next time anyways.
