[Comprehensive List] Google-friendly Phplinkdirectory (PLD) Paid Web Directories

Since I started this thread for phplinkdirectory directories list, I thought I should start one for paid directories too

Conditions to be listed on this directory list are :
1. The directory should be based on the phplinkdirectory script
2. The web directory should offer paid submission for regular listings
3. The directory should be providing Google friendly links for all listings - the directories without search engine friendly links and those which offer listings by blocking PR or with no-follow would not be considered.

I'll be finding paid web directories to add to this list but if you know of some paid directories or you own web directories which meet the above criteria, then please feel free to post them here.
