I got a message from Adwords support today saying that my new account was suspended and that my ads werent runing because my site doesn't comply with Terms and Conditions... I personally can't see anything that is not compliant.

My site is an affiliate, and sells health products Why do you think my account is getting disproved??

    Would appreciate any help

I don't think Adwords allow pharmacy ads, so if your health site involves drug sales, that could be the reason.

You'll need to post the url of the site for any specific advice.

If you don't wish to post the website, please state what your selling.

We as affiliates are trying to narrow down the reasons why Adwords are suspending our accounts.
This may also stop someone from promoting a product that doesn't comply with Google TOS.

As you have heard, alot of accounts are being suspended and quite a few of us don't know why.

The reason caused your account suspension may be various.Since you sell health products, there can be other
reasons.Maybe you can give us your website to see whether there's something wrong. But I think the best way
for you is asking their representative for reason.I'm sure they will give you a definite answer.

Thank you guys for replying, I'm selling Threelac. which is a probiotic used as an yeast infection cure. Do I need to get a Pharmacy cecker ID to be able to run the campaign for that? I'm seeing a lot of people who got suspended and can't get any details about the reason of their suspension from Google Adwords support. Here's the email that I got from Google:

Thank you for your email I understand you're concerned that your ads are not active and running on Google. After reviewing your account, it has come to our attention that your Google AdWords accounts do not comply with our Terms and Conditions. As a result, your accounts have been suspended, and your ads will no longer run on Google.

To view our Terms and Conditions, please visit https://adwords.google.com/select/tsandcsfinder. We appreciate your cooperation.

If you have additional questions, please visit our Help Center at http://adwords.google.com/support/aw/, where you'll find answers to many frequently asked questions.

They won't get back to me when I ask for details. Weird.

It's probably not your product - that usually just gets your ads disapproved, not your account cancelled.

Do you have more than one account? Have you had accounts cancelled previously? Is there anything on your site that Google might think is not legit? For example, ads or links to porn or gambling...

Is there a way around this? How do they track you? Do they track by name, email or credit card number? What if he re-applied with a new email or website, does that matter?

I had an account previously that I used for the same site. That account got cancelled - last payment didn't come through. Whenever I tried to reactivate it and add a new cc it was getting declined. I created another account and used a completely new credit card there although the site was the same. They suspended it nevertheless..

The site itself doesn't have any links to porn or anything illicit. It links to the main product site though from many pages.

Now I see a lot of people have the same problem and it looks like the ban is permanent. http://www.jonasblog.com/2008/01/free-keyword-research-tools.html I'm thinking the only way to be able to advertise on Adwords again would probably be to get a new domain, new credit card new account.. if that doesn't work I don't know what would..

Thanks for looking it up SUB! I thought since my previous account was cancelled I could create another one without any problems. But the thing is - with my last account I had an outstanding bill that I never paid, or to be more accurate Google never charged my credit card for that. When I came back a few months after that and wanted to add a 100% valid CC with plenty of funds and all online transaction features turned on - it didn't accept it, the card was declined.

I tried using another CC (my friend's) but it got declined too. I decided to create another account as I saw I couldn't do anything to reactivate the old one. I created a few campaigns and uploaded them to the new account but the ads wouldn't run. After a few days I submitted a support ticket and they said the ads were pending review and after a few more days they said all my accounts were suspended because they did not comply with the TOS.

When I requested details about why my accounts did not comply (as I could't see what was wrong there) they sent me this:

that's some kind of fascism.. They are banning me for good? I can't believe that..
