complicated website

    I want to know which would be the best way to approach a site for online courses. Users can pay to join the course, then they will be enroled, access to all the specific course materials and anouncments etc, is there a script that can do this?

    I'm fairly certain that would be PHP, which confuses the hell out of me. I'm sure you can figure it out though. ;]
