    i am noob with zero knowledge

    Where Can I find step by step details about Completing Offers and go green.

    I prefer if i can find any video tutorial (I bought one at Dp but its not in details)

    Or if someone can help personally answer to my questions

    Just wondering why you paid for a tutorial. I don't think a tutorial would be needed for this sort of thing unless maybe you are setting up a site where you give people incentives to signup to offers.
