I currently run a text-based rpg game with many active users. I show ads to the non-premium(free) players to raise a bit of money on the side. However, my ads are not getting me ANY conversions, unless of course you consider the few clicks I get once in a blue moon. Right now I get ONLY ads for Dog Training and Criminal Record searching. My site is a crime-based text game, I want gaming ads! What should I do?
Google has already implemented interest-based ads. They'll find information from your cookies to determine what type of ads to be shown at your end. If previously you have browsed more on dog training, more likely adsense will also show that type of ads.
