Completely unrelated adlinks on pages of content

I just set up google adlinks in the sidebar of a site I'll be launching soon, but right now all the links are for "Natasha Bedingfield" and "Unwritten CD", despite there being absolutely nothing containing any terms related to music nor that artist, nor the album. I'm really quite baffled, the ads display on the "latest" posts page, as well as all the individual post pages. Only one shows different adlinks (contains the word "dingo" somewhere in the post, the ads are regarding dingo fences). Does Google take a little while to process the content and extract relevant terms, or am I doomed to display irrelevant ads?
(note: not able to link to the site itself right now for a couple of reasons, but there's a good amount of original text content and the markup is _very_ clean)

It may take time for relevant ads to appear. What you can do in the mean while is to block these ads out with your competitive filter option.
