I want to completely remove deleted campaigns, after i delete a campaign it is still listed in my adwords account, which is quite annoying and in the way.

Is there anyway to completely remove those deleted campaigns from your account?

They Should call it "stop campaign" not "delete campaign" if they are going to leave the campaign listed in your account.

I don't believe you ever can, and I don't understand their reasoning behind this.

Click the button to show only active campaigns and it will not show in the list.

I can see it being useful to store historical data for campaigns that have had some impressions and clicks but what if you just make a mistake and don't want to keep a campaign?

It should be up to the user to decide what he or she wants to keep for the future, not Google.

Google logs everything, even you delete it. At these datas, their tools work.
