    I think ad placement is good... but the design of the website itself isn't. Sorry, but your site is kinda hard on the eyes. Maybe change color schemes?

    I suppose the design relates to the niche you are in. But I agree with CommuniTriper. The design is too bright and will discourage your users from staying. Instead use light blue or green colors (like Digital Point :D) as they generally make your site look more attractive.

    thanks for your input, but my bounce rate is really low right now and im scared to change the colors because it is down from before. It used to be 30% now is only about 10%

    If adsense is how you want to monetize your site - you will want your ads to pop out at your visitors. Wrap your text around the ads, you will be amazed at what happens. :)
