Completely Online Bank Account, for paypal?

Is there any type of bank that you guys know about where I can apply online for and they won't send me a card or cheques or anything, but by email they will send me routing numbers, and my account information? I'm currently in the process of moving, and so my house address is no longer valid for the moment. Naturally I don't want the people moving in to receive a nice little package with all of my bank account information, and I am not aware of my new address yet. Any way that I could apply for some bank account (don't care through who), and receive everything by email?
    Thanks guys

Many banks (ie chase.com, bankofamerica.com) let you open account online but all require a mailing address and phone number so they can combat fraud and meet fedreal regulations.

I can give my old address, which of course is valid and all, but is there any way that anyone will simply use the address to verify it and then to email me the information instead of sending it to me?

Well, you could always visit bank office and open your account there. That way they wouldn't have to mail you anything.

I think all the big banks offer paperless checking accounts now. I do think I received a one time welcome email when I opened a second account for this purpose.

The moving thing adds a wrinkle to the plan. Why not get a post office box or one of those mailboxes at a mail drop place for a few months. The cost of either is minimal. Side not the post office does require a valid sreet address to sell you the box. I don't think the drop places care or ever check.

Yeah, even online banks have to have a physical address they can verify, as far as I know. Maybe wait until you finish moving, or else walk into a bank and open an account that way so that they don't have to mail you anything. You don't want to mess with your money!!
