Completely fixed my blog, PLEASE I BEG of you to please Review it and give suggestion

I just completely edited my whole blog (not much) I got a new layout, added some awesome plug ins and I'm trying to help people as they help me by adding them to the top commentators, so when they comment and they post a link to their homepage, It will link to their site so they help me and I help them.
I really want suggestions so please go ahead and help me out.

looks alright though it doesn't load as quickly as I like.

 

Looks a fairly tight blog. If you can get it to load faster would make it a lot better.

The site loads slow.
Clean layout. But seen this kind of layout too much already.
Nevertheless, informative blog content.

 

slow? how slow? it takes 2 seconds to fully load for me.
