Selling Completely Finished, Customized Facebook MMORPG

I recently launched this Facebook MMORPG with plans to advertise the hell out of it initially and then collect monthly revenue, but I'm going to be shifting that budget to a different project. So I thought I'd list this for sale and see if it's exactly what anyone else is looking for.

I paid someone here at Digital Point for the bare bones script and to integrate my unique, high quality design. After that, I would estimate I put 3 weeks of 12 hour days into customizing the script, adding features, making sure it's bug-free, and growing the app. I do have over $2000 in advertising the app on Facebook, so the 5200 Monthly Active Users will taper off over time since I stopped the budget. I do have a script in place that tracks daily active users and there's around 250-300 per day currently playing the game. Daily income has ranged from $0 up to $200 in a single day. The $250/month above is my best guess for how much it'll make moving forward if you do nothing at all. Please note, it's very hard to make an accurate guess, so I'd rather be conservative than over-estimate and let someone down. It has made me about $450 in the 2 weeks it's been up.

Anyway, the real value here is the full customization and the fact that it's completely ready to be taken over seamlessly and bug-free. There are so many extra things I've added to this because I wanted to make a serious effort to compete with the huge Mafia apps on facebook. Of course this isn't a mafia theme...it's a unique "ruthless business" theme.

Oh, also, the entire site is done in Ajax, but it's not implemented yet. That means it won't annoyingly refresh the entire facebook page and slow down but, rather, it'll update what you click almost instantly. That will definitely be done this week.

There are a couple other small issues I need to discuss with any potential buyer. Also, I have another MMORPG that has made me $2500/month for 8 months, and I will definitely share all of my insight and ideas for growth and monetization with the buyer.
