The idea of project is very simple: all of you could hear about selling parts of Moon, it sounds tempting, but no one could see this section in the near future except the certification and my project offers to a purchaser not only the certificate of owner, but give a real chance to show to the whole world his acquisition (for more information about idea, please, read about page).
The purchaser can post up on the country a picture, write declaration of love and whatever he likes.
And of course the potential of the project doesn't limit on it, one can think out a great number of its modification for example, each country one can to display for sale on auction - it will allow to sell the country to the "richest" hands.

Functionality

Finance:
Depending on your advertising company:
1. Fixed country price (for example $100) + monthly rent (for example $50/month). In that case the income will be one-time from 17000 (170 countries * $100) + $8,500/month for rent.
2. Sale of the countries without rent on auction. Depending on the country a minimum $1,000, i.e. only $170,000.
3. Your variant.

The winner will get:
-Domains privatecountry.com, privatecountry.net.
-Free website installation and setup on your hosting and one week of free support including elimination of possible bugs (if any).
-The engine of the site wrote on PHP (the information saves in common HTML and as well as in the MySQL base).
-The sources of Flash maps are given, all of operations (shifting, increasing and so on) checks by action script. The base of Flash maps saves in XML file and it amounts 170 countries.
-A fine and unique site template has been designed using Adobe Photoshop so each object has its own layer and all layers are grouped in sets thus making further design modification and adaptation easier.
-The vector logo symbolizing a man in search for his place in life.
-All the non-standard fonts used by the design are included: Paratype NinaC, Paratype Pragmatica, Paratype TextBook, Paratype Xenia, Britannic Bold (TrueType), Berlin Sans FB Demi (OpenType), Nina (OpenType). Installing these fonts will allow to modify any text.
-You will also get the certificate for customers.
-I am ready to support it by additional agreement, if needed.

Why I am selling my business:

shenron, oh... yes, I really don't know about your project. But my site have some very important differences. For example, idea with the certificate. Main idea of my project not to sell advertisement on my site. Idea of the project to sell the country for a gift. As land on the moon are on sale. There are over 1,125,000 lunar land owners from 176 countries around the world.

I made the template of the certificate. Just look:

Original site design, logo, certificate and very valued two domains - it is minimum costs 1000$. The buyer will get all sources. And can realize other idea, for example, because it is very easy to change anything on site...
