I have been making tutorials for video editing programs for sometime now. I've now decided to build a website for all of them. It is still in progress but with the numerous options on the site I made this .html page with an embdded video of me walking the through the site. http://www.montagetutorials.com/helpMT/Walkthrough/Walkthrough.html Check it out and let me know if you think it will be worth it for the vistors on the site, to have this walkthrough as a main part of the "Help" Page on the website.
I think any idea is worth pursuing.. Cant really see the video just the audio but sounds great. I say go for it man.
its a really good idea, as ryandxn said, its worth pursuing. also, what kind of video format are you trying to embed? because when I went on it with my mac, it was asking me to install flip4mac to play wmv files. So my assumption is that your embedding wmv files into your website. I would suggest you convert it to swf, so people wont have to install more plugins and since alot of people already have flash player installed in their computers. good luck!
Thanks for the reviews, I never even thought about making it a flv. File. I have windows so wmv. made since to me. I will have to update that though. Thanks for the ideas and reviews so far.
