About 20 MB of webspace will be required on WINDOWS. It cant be installed on Linux. Sorry what you mean by "SEF"?
SEF= search engine friendly i think what he means is are URLs dynamic with ? marks or normal static URLs they are dynamic btw
If anyone does not know the language, no need to worry. The admin control panel is very user friendly. You can easily manage from there. There is also a page creator for new pages.
