Hi, recently i made a skin purchase in complete vb site. They have clearly mentioned that all their skins are updated to vbulletin 4.0.7. But still i have a problem with my arcade. In the default skin its good. They dint keep their promise with their support either. 1year of technical support is all they & i can see all the support threads are still unanswered. For ex: http://www.completevb.com/general-skin-support/2416-underground-skin-reply-box.html So, what should i do?? Should i issue an paypal dispute or should i wait?? This is what they promise while purchasing a new skin: vBulletin skins come with: * Fixed / Fluid Width vBulletin Style * Detailed Step by Step Installation Guide * Header/Logo PSD's and Button PSD's. * Includes 1 Year Free Support & Updates * Currently Supports: vBulletin 3.8.x, 4.0.x Except the skin i dint get any of these from them. Not even the psd files! So tell me what should i do?? I am 1 among the those angry 100 customers
We explained on our forums that the problem was the script, not the skin. Sorry to see your angry but this is surely not the best way to get support.
That was not me actually. I'm just pointing that out. What ever it may be you should have replied to the thread. I can see many threads unanswered. Are you running short of coders? Your skin is good. I appreciate tat but your support makes me to feel i have done something wrong. Happy customers-more orders angry customers--?¿ Do keep this in mind. I hope i get a proper reply in the support forum.
There are very limited amount of coders to hire for such a specialized niche, hence why every skin company has limited support available. Most time is spent developing and fixing bugs rather than helping people do the things we include directions for in the read-me files. Thanks, Matt
I never asked you how to install a skin?? In the read me file, it says only about the skin installation. You seem to reply very fast here than at your support forums. I have posted one thread yesterday, still it's unanswered. When will you be providing the Fixed / Fluid Width of my vBulletin Style If you are short of coders, why do mention free 1 year support??? You seem to be the very costly compared to others. you should make a difference. Thanks
It should be pretty obvious that I am not a coder nor do I have any coding experience personally, thus I can not help with your skin coding/installation support questions personally. Hence why I can respond here fast. I already explained above why our support is slow at this time. Thanks.
It doesnt require coding experience to answer the pre-sale questions at your site. I can see 2people active in your forum. It will only take less than 10min's to answer all the support questions in your site. For most of them i know the answers, but i can't help myself in vbulletin 4.x.x. . . So, when can i expect a reply for my question in your site? Its almost 2days over. Or are you willing to provide a refund?
