Hiya, i have a turnkey site for sale which i was going to develope for my own personal usage.. But since i had server issue's i have been forced to develop and release..

The coding is 100% unique, using data from the un-official metatag website.
The site is fully coded in valid xhtml/css (i think) and is easily modified (for example, i like to change the colours of my site's sometimes)..

You get a completely unique logo with the website that was made for the site, as i say every thing is 100% unique..
