    Hi There

Download CPUZ - Use the NO installer version

    Double click to Run

Then navigate to the SPD tab

Look under Memory Slot Selection (top left)

And see what is showing for each slot.

    Any questions just ask.

    Regards

Reinstall both RAM, means remove from motherboard then again install properly. Hope you would see another 128 MB RAM

If all of that doesn't work, you can reset the BIOS.

how about the brand of your both Memory?? because.. if you will put single chanel memory..and in some case you want to include other memory. you should be use memory with same brand like your first memory.

Most likely your RAM Chips are not compatible but please explain the 192MB situation to me, is that one single module b/c it just makes no sense....or do you have the on board VGA, taking some of the memory away?

    Cheers

I didn't know there's a 192mb ram module. Most probably you've mistaken it for something else. Maybe what you really have is two 128mb module = 256mb and the 64mb is shared to video memory thus leaving you with 192mb.

That's what I would have said.
there is no such thing as a 192MB ram chip anywhere I've ever seen or heard of.
Everest is a great program for checking your true specs etc.

There is no 192 RAM module, and pls check your ram module memory size by removing your ram and search for the size mentione in any one of the corner.
Is your CPU is older one, my friend too got this type of trouble in his P3 Dell CPUs, but he got it as 64 instead of 128.

I think there might be problem of Buses Frequency! check it out bus frequency range because mostly Rams come in 100 and 133 Mhz so make sure that you must install the same version of Ram alike 192MB Bus Wise
