Complete Proxy Solution - installation + hosting + traffic

yah man, i dont know why its been 7 hours my account got suspended.
very strange!!!

 

there was a network outage earlier today. My 2 are back up

 

Yesterday 2 accounts were using too much RAM and CPU and caused the server to go down for more than 6 hours while i was sleeping

both of the sites were suspended and they were provided with the suspension reason (written on their site home page and through a PM sent to them with screen shot of the resource usage)

This was done to protect the other sites hosted and it is a usual act done by any host when a single site uses too much resources which is not familiar with shared hosting

suspended accounts for high resource usage are advised to get a VPS or a Dedicated server


a backup link of the sites suspended will be sent within few minutes from now through PM...

 

TechEntrance also told me that I had to move my proxy off of his server the first week. This service is just fine if your looking to make a proxy and not advertise it at all. You won't make any more without advertising but atleast you want be asked to move it off of his server...

It would have been nice if he would have told us upfront that we would need to move these once we started to receive traffic.

Anyway, I did find some cheap hosting that I have not yet had a problem with. If you account has been suspended and would like an alternative to hosting just let me know.

note

load doesn't depend on how much visitors (uniques) you get but depends on how much pages they browse

you can get 1000 visitors and they browse only 1000 pages while you can get 500 visitors and every one of them browse 10 pages so it becomes 5000 pages total (which causes load more than the first 1000 visitors)

Proxies are page views not just visitors or visits


i'm sorry if this harms you in a way or another but i'm doing necessary actions to protect other sites hosted on the server

also note that i always send screen shots of RAM and CPU usage because using 30% of 1GB (300MB) of RAM by a single site isn't good at all while you can get a VPS with 387MB RAM for at least 35$/month

 

My site was supposed to be hosted on Tech Entrance's server for 3 months, but got suspended only after 8 days.

I paid Tech Entrance $20, and received the following:
1. Free PHProxy template with my Adsense client ID - Worth $1 max.
2. Setting up the proxy (uploading 3 files) - Worth $1
2. Hosting for 3 months (was supposed to receive) - Worth the remaining $18.

So, I paid him $18 to get 90 months proxy hosting, but got my site hosted only for 8 days. That's about $1.8 worth.

I hereby request a partial refund of $16 to my PayPal account.

this is the 3rd day that my proxy has been suspended
i didn't receive any backup and i have not been told that it has been suspended..
i pmed you and no reply till now.. iam sure that my proxy is losing most of traffic by now :S
please unsuspend my proxy asap so i will be able to transfer it to a better hosting !

Looks like Tech Entrance neither wants to reply nor refund. If you don't even respond within 12 hours, I'll file a dispute with Paypal.

ok here i'm replying

1- I didn't promise you to design a unique template, did i ?
2- And worth 100$ if you don't know how to do it ! so if you are that pro then why didn't you do your own proxy site ? it was pretty clear that my service is aimed at people who don't know how to make a site (95% of those who ordered this service needed me to do it all from A-Z already and some others even asked me to fill the adsense sign-up form for them !)
3- And your site was consuming too much resources and you know you need a dedicated hosting and the standard procedures in this cases is suspending the account

about refund, there is a standard rule in hosting business that sites suspended for consuming much resources are not eligible to get a refund since your site caused the server to have some downtime, who will compensate me about this downtime and the angry clients ?

Well i had server .. but i closed it .. Proxy Site does not satisfy advertisers needs and google really bans those sites. Big shots of proxy.org thewird and funkywizard have lost 4000$ for using adsense on proxies.. So to earn some serious money .. start some serious work !
