Complete Online Store With Iteams/Revenue

I am selling my online store Ebooks-Extreme.com that comes with 125 Ebooks , Scripts , Turnkeys for sale all come with resell rights.

The store comes with space to sell textlinks and banner adds , comes with a nice Ebooks-Extreme logo , and is adsence ready, sorry but i have not keep tracks of Adsence stats on the site.

The store has been advertised on DP , AdminFustion.com , TextLinksForum.com and a few others , also had some hits from Ebay from some stuff i have sold on there.
Also Has been on my sig since Oct on all forums i am a member of.

The site has also been added to about 50-60 Dir's
With a little more promoting and sales marking you could make a lot more a month.

I would like to add that the back end of this site " admin panel" is very easy to add new items , change prices , add banners , change the adsence id , send emails , it also allows you to be able to take 3 payment gateways Paypal , Stormpay , NOCHEX (UK only)
It also lets you change the currancy from about 5 diffent countrys , US, GB, AUS , EURO , CAN and much much more with info on how to do them all at the bottom of the admin footer on each page , and lots lots more features to change and add.

I will be adding a few more things to the site within the next few days so you will be getting more than 125 items on the site for sale.

I will also be setting the Bin in the next few days

If the Site gos for $200 Bin i will add all my ebooks, scripts and stuff i have that is not on the site what is about 40,000 - 50,000 templates , ebooks ,scripts ect into this package , so you have lots of stuff to sell on your new site.

If site is not sold for Bin we can work somthink out for all the ebooks , scripts ect that i have floating around my PC and Servers

 

How much space if you add about 40,000 - 50,000 templates in to it? Do you meant you can upload it to my server or just add the link for user to download ?

 

I mean i will give the person the ebooks , script ect ,the download links for them to download and install on the script there selfs if it gos for Bin price , i have no clue how much space it is for all the scripts ect maybe a few gigs

Why are you selling the site.

Please explain resale rights, meaing the new owner has resale rights to the ebooks on the site?

Why im i selling the site because i dont have time to add new stuff onto the site with all the other site and stuff going on at the moment , and i need some cash as xmas is coming fast.

Resell rights the new ower has the resell rights to the scripts , ebooks ect that are on the site yes. and if buying for bin you will get anther 40,000 that i have on my pc that you can add on the site.

SE optimized if meaning freindly with google ect yes , also has meta tags and you can change them in Admin panel of the script.
