Selling Complete Graphic Design Website & Domain

I would like to sell this website. http://optimalbydesign.com/

This is basically a business, that I never developed. I own Skilled Graphics, and at one point had thought about merging over to optimal by design, which would sell the same services for more money. Due to some major business coming in to Skilled Graphics, I no longer needed to merge.

This website is created on the award winning Joomla CMS system. Version 1.5.15
It has Virtuemart shopping system, flash header, banner slider, blog, custom graphics, live chat, and a custom template.

There is no real traffic, as I never really promoted the business.

If needed I will transfer the site for you, and make sure everything is functioning properly. Otherwise I will provide complete zip file of all files and database.

Interested, are you available to do small changes to website if I purchase it?
Nothing that big, for example I prefer having just a menu tab with "Services" instead of Logo Design, Print Design and Web Development on its own, so I can add more services in the future without having to touch main menu and I couple of more minor changes like that.
What type of cart payment uses that website? Paypal only or more?
I would love to run this type of business but initially everything will be outsourced, so, I could be interested in continuing working with you.

Yes I can make these changes for you, and with it being powered by Joomla, I can even show you how to make the changes yourself as well. Joomla allows for easy editing and modifying of all content.
