It does not matter where you live - you can use any shopping cart software that meets your needs to build an on-line store. 2. Ability to process credit card payments - it is more difficult here. You will need to open a merchant account and use a payment gateway (supported by the shopping cart), and here comes a question about payment gateways/merchant account providers for your country. By the way, you have probably found the solution already, have not you?
