Complete ColdFusion or PHP system for selling ads?

    I have run Adsense Ads on a number of sites for almost two years. I have a couple of high profile Macromedia Flash and Coldfusion sites and a lot of other sites with higher traffic but they're ringtones, fonts, and other not so high profile sites.

    Adsense does well but I'd also like to sell ads directly. I have used phpAdsNew and other rotators and could easily build a basic text or image ad rotator but I'd like a complete system so a client could purchase ads online with payments handled through PayPal or 2Checkout or another source.

    I wouldn't mind if the system cost me 5% of transaction amount as long as it's automated. I want to point inquiries to a page where they can purchase and I could then approve them.
