I done some googling previously on this subject but not able to find a suitable one. But what you can do is, outsource work. On getafreelancer you can easily find one who can create video from PLR article for $10. I found it very profitable for some niches.
Zibblu, Thanks for motivating me. I am closely tracking your activity from the day you had launched your product. Your Idea to attract affiliates was innovative and amazing but unfortunately you don't continue your journal. What I feel about your project is, its very difficult for an newbie to enter in to PPC world with such a high competitive niche, Even I stay away from PPC for Weight loss products. January to April is a great time to sell weight loss products. People are ready to invest in such products to achieve their goals. Its my friendly opinion if you restart your journal, you will get more and more affiliates as the day progress. People like to track such journals and eventually follow them. Best Luck!
Let me tell you how it works for me. First take a PLR article. Find five sub topic headings. Create A ppt presentation including relative images and sound. In ppt presentation give a link which is easy to read and type which will redirect to vendor page. Use camstudio to record it.(Screen capture software) Distribute it through tubemogul.com Thats it! For me gaming and movie download stuff works with this method.

Its true, Fake earning inspire new affiliate to work for a product for a period of time and then if he don't get success he moves to next product. If merchants offer support forum for affiliates it will be a revolution in affiliate industry.I do have some couple of inovative ideas on this topic which I am putting on paper currently.
