    enforcement authorities or something like that...

    If it is an Issue you can use contact us inside your account
    or check their contact info for complain email or phone number, i am not sure what are they

    What is the problem you have with CJ?
    If we knew that then maybe we could help.
    Also it would be helpful to know whereabouts in the world you are.
    It would be pointless telling you all about the procedure for the UK only to find you are in India, Australia or somewhere like that.
