complaints about non payment

    Recently, one of the dp buyers had given a bulk order and paid only for half of the work. where can I file a complaint against him( both in dp and cybercell( if it is there)?

    You could file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau or your payment processor I suppose. Better yet, don't give anyone anything without payment.
