With the advent of the web, there are a bunch of complaint sites. Most will actually remove bogus complaints (which come up on Google searches), but there are few really slime ball sites that will not, no matter what you do. Any tips or suggestions on this? thanks.
best tip i can give you is to avoid situation that will get you into the complaint page to begin with. if you take care of your clients, you will not get any complaint. there will be one or 2 here and there always that are difficult to satisfy. you just make a judgment call on those clients as to whether you will keep them happy at your expense if it comes down to that or risk having a negative feedback that will haunt you forever.
Take care of your clients, people can be annoying and get annoyed with the tiniest thing and go around posting that your application or service is "crap" across the web. But just ignore it as if your service is good, you will have many more good reviews
That's why reputation management companies are thriving right now. Most people only report when they have something bad to say..and the thousands of happy customers don't
Lake, people are using these site as anonymous dumping grounds. Is your ex - wife pissed off? you get what I mean?
