Anyway,, am doing exchanges offline and online and have done so for many years now!! People trust me and i trust them... SURE i have gotten scammed many times,, but i know almost all Admins on all big forums and believe me i have ways to track a dude down

Don't deal with someone you don't trust.. RULE NR 1

and i don't think that a forum owner /staff shall over rule the members by lay to much pressure on them like this rule.... only lead to one thing, and that is members run to another "scam place" and/or members scam in another way... selling other stuff. and its sad to see...
