I will spare you boring tale of the horrors which I have recently experienced at the hands (well... fingers) of Google AdSense support. Instead, I would simply like to make you aware of the URL to use to complain about the poor quality of AdSense support: http://www.insightexpress.com/s/Google.asp?uid=3&resetposition=true. I do not know what the uid=3 means. And... this does appear to set cookies...
I have answered this two times. I have no intention to do it once more. Overall I rated them average. EDIT : isn't the url tracking your responses ? Can it be used for public ?
I wondered (worried?) about that, but I just can't imagine that I could be identified by a one digit number. If it was really tracking me, it would have to look like uid=2645634562563452452456.
Surprisingly, I have actually had perfect customer service from Adsense Support, but then I have not had anything that difficult to deal with yet.
I have also had great customer service from G AS. I don´t always receive an answer within 24 hours but within at the most 36 hours I receive a answer to my specific question - not a potted reply.
I had my email address cancelled and had no access to it, I contact AdSense support about it to get it changed and they handled it right away. All the support I've needed was handled very quickly, I don't have any complaints.
The one time I needed help, they took care of me right away. I felt my needs were taken care of very well.
I've also had great support from them. I think its the best support of any web-based business I've ever seen.
I've also had numerous email conversations with the "Adsense team" and found them to be very good (but occassionally robotic)
i've also been very happy with their support with all of my questions/concerned answered within 36 hours
