Compiling the Best Price directories

Hello,

I'm compiling a list of best price web directories. What directories that you know that provides the best bang for your buck at an affordable and permanent listing.

This directories must have already been established and are at least 1 year old and have or had a PR in the past or present.

Lists like this generally end up being just one persons opinion.

 

I give my vote to VMOptions Web Directory. The directory is affordable at $8 for a permanent listing. It ranks well for web directory and allows deep links plus unique text on the link detail page.
