Competitors violation

I think that one of my competitors is violating the google TOS with this page:

http://www.nottingjam.com/restaurants.asp

Is this a violation, and how can i report it?

i dont see much wrong, apart from the ads making the page look messy.

the google search box is a violation if it is a paid adsense for search box

it looks like it is. just hit search, and you can see the client id in the page url.

 

1. go to the page, click the link "ads by google" on the ad unit.
2. click the link "Send Google your thoughts on the ads you just saw"
3. change dropdown box to report a violation, then type away

You still didn't point out where the violation is....
being your competitors doesn't violate TOS......

 

I don't see anything blatant, like "click here!" or anything. Instead of nit picking your competitors why not worry about your own site? Looks to me like your just trying to "find" stuff on him.

 

The violation is pre-populating the adsense search box

whats wrong with doing this? surely this is "just business" at the end of the day?

this is the violation. sure, its not a massive violation, but it will be inflating the price for that kwd.

And no being a competitor, doesnt violate TOS - but it violates my earnings!
