    Is there any way from which one can see the sources of traffic for the competitor's website.

    Please suggest me some tips for increasing traffic.

    Off pages optimization is a vary IMP SEO factor for getting more and more traffic and ranking for any website.
    Please generate more and more quality back links so you can get traffic on your site.
    Do some link building for your site for increasing traffic.

    i think there is no way to know source of your competitors
    we can just analysis competitor and can just guess about traffic

    Another way to see traffic for your competitor's website would be to use Alexa Page Rank checker. It won't give a analysis report as such but at least you will know how much the other site is being accessed.

    no you cant if they dont have a tracker on there site. Click on VIEW SOURCE and find a visitor tracking counter script and open the URL in it
