Competitor refuses to remove our pictures and text

    a UK competitor has refused to remove our pictures and our text and our company name from their website.:mad:

    How can I find out who their hosting company is?

    Any other steps I should take?

    I think if you do a search for their domain on who.is you can find their host.

    Name servers:
    ns59.1and1.co.uk
    ns60.1and1.co.uk

    Is 1 and 1 the host?

    THose name servers point to 1and1 . That will be the company to file a DMCA request to, or inform of the users use of your copyrighted material
