Competitor double cloaking, anyone know how?

    I just found that a competitor has stooped to cloaking thier web page for silicone tape and moved into the #1 spot after years of being #2. What's most interesting is that G's cache appears blank when viewed in IE but the text of the cloaked page shows up perfectly in FF. But then they have a link to some unknown server that shows the cloaked G cache:
    It's just quite strange. Now to find out to whom the 64.233.167.104 server is registered.

    Ok, I found that the ip is google. It's thier cache. I just read the html incorrectly. Easy to do when there are two different versions.
