    I need to analyise a competitor and see what articles they have released to promote their website.
    Is there any software available to look up articles that have been wriiten for a certain website or does anybody provide a service where they can analyse a competitor including links, articles etc?

    Ya, you can try using the site:domain.com command and see what content they have indexed.

    you can also try this "related:www.domain.com" will list web pages that are similar to a specified web page.
