    Hello ya'll!

I wanted to bounce off a question to you guys. If a competitor's traffic (viewed through Alexa, Compete or Quantcast) seems to have dropped, how can I find out why did it drop, and what did they do that made the traffic to rise, and then fall. From what I hear, their traffic boosted but not much of it converted to repeat, paying customers so I'm curious about what worked and what didn't. How would you go about it? I used SpyFu and saw that they had a PPC campaign in Jan - Jun, but it doesn't make sense.

    Any thoughts on lumosity.com?

    Ves :)

oh, yes...they do. check them out by typing in a website address. that's the whole purpose of Alexa.

The answer to your question is going to be very, very reliant on what products are being sold, the market outlook and what kind of strategies they're engaging in. More information would be helpful to address your concern.

the company is lumosity.com. they have developed a software that helps improve memory and attention. actually, i know nothing of their strategies except that they began a PPC campaign, as I saw through Spyfu.com from Jan - Jun. That's all I know about them.

what would you suggest to go about this?

What you can do is has a spy on their rankings on a constant basis. If i was on your place i would have thought to be in better positions in every aspect to defeat them. You can only not challenge the domain age else everything can be controlled by proper planning. Have a good look at seo aspect when are rankings falling and when rising. Also have a constant track on the backlinks are they aggressive or defensive in building backlinks.

Visit this site It will help you.

Do your homework and Go get the #1 position.
    Best of luck mate.

Just keep trying to get links where all of your competitors are and find your own unique places. And keep adding info on your site. It's a daily race.
