when i downloaded the keywords ideas suggested by google for my campaign , I found a column "Compititon" which includes decimal numbers less than 1 (0.43 , 0.75 , 0.64) Can anybody expalain what does this decimal numbers mean?? and how can I use them to choose the best key words for my campaigns? Thanks
It means how many competition you are dealing with in the niche. The higher the number, the more competitive the niche.
If you want to find not so expensive and competitive campaign, then numbers to 0.50 are about ok. It's middle to low competition. This is the market where you can go
If you have keyword "XYZ" with competition "LOW" - means this keyword is less competitive and same for medium, high. Same way your decimal goes on.

With the competition goes up, the bidding amount would be more. But we can get more conversion with less competitive keywords.
