I think at the current bid of $2.00 it is a profitable buy for the bidder. To appraise it just for its "guts and bolts" I used http://www.digsitevalue.org/tools/worth and it comes out to be worth $8.65 USD. If you use the same tool to value DigitalPoint.com website it values it at $1,032,600 USD so I think it is somewhat accurate (it does not valuate domain names, just the website files).
