What is the percentage of traffic to most sites? im looking as to where i put my $ to the best use

I find that google traffic is somewhat higher quality but yet again also the bidding is more competitive with Google

 

for starter is better to use Yahoo! because Yahoo does not have so much stupid rules and biding is less! also you can get better quality score for your ads!!

 

of course Google has better traffic but for beginner Yahoo is much easier to learn and understand - what is what!

 

I advertize on google, yahoo and msn. I got about 90% of the traffic from google. Never managed to get a decent traffic from yahoo

If i run a campaign on google, yahoo, and msn, the traffic on google is usually a bit more then yahoo and msn combined.

 

I run ads on google, yahoo, and MSN. I got over 85% traffic from google.

 

I recently ran identical campaings on Google Adwords and Yahoo!7 Search marketing. I received 26000 + impressions on Google and 27 impressions on Yahoo!7
I tried to find out why. I called Yahoo!7 in Sydney and get a recorded message everyday for 3 weeks promising that if I left my details they would call me. I emailed and only received a reply that didn't answer my concerns, and when I replied to that asking for a call, received none.
Yahoo finally offered to optimise my account. They added totally inappropriate keywords, my service is as a locum pharmacist replacing someone who is away. They added keywords for pharmacy assistant and several others which weren't appropriate. They suggested that I have no geographic limitations. Fine for them but do I really want a job in Broome WA when I live in Sydney.
They won't respond to my specific questions by email and won't refund my $100 initial transaction fee, and insist on taking a minimum of $25/month despite their system not working. Google has no minimum, but I am happily paying over $100/month for the leads that it is generating.

is there any publications on getting traffic 'what is what' google or yahoo ... for learners ????????

 

yahoo on my side gets about 10% at best from the click thrus that google adwords has.
