Compare Me: Internet Explorer vs Firefox - Please Help

    Alright. I just finished designing a new template for my blog.
    I think I need an image transparency fix for IE.... If you know of one please let me know. If that's not what I need please let me know. Below is a screenshot taken in Firefox and underneath it is one taken in Internet Explorer. What should I do?
