Hi When you register a company name, would that company name be enforceable in another country, and if that company name exists outside your country of operation, would that mean that you are kind of cyber-squatting. Does anybody have any great ideas for company names, and how one should go around finding one. If anybody has more information it would be really good. mcd
No,unless you register or trade mark or under intellectual property protection. Else its almost impossible to prevent anybody to use your company name at other country.
