    Shawn,

On 04-Oct-04 and email was sent to "billing@digitalpoint.com" with regards to changing company name(s). As we have heard no response or autoreply to date assume was not received. Should we resend to an alternate email address?
We provided name change information along with our serial number etc on that email.

If you could let me know next steps that would be great. Thankyou.

Monday was a holiday for us here in Canada. Checked our emails and no name change email was received, however thats not too say Anti-Spam filters didn't trap it. Can you or your employees re-send?

    Thankyou,

PS- If you need the original email to be re-sent I still have a copy if needed.

I'm showing everything was flushed out. Do you know what the subject was? I could look it up on this end (it's possible it was spam trapped on our end too).

    Thanks.

Yep... it was somehow picked up by the spam filter. I manually moved it into the queue.

Shawn Thanks have key. Question however:

Regional variances in pricing is forcing me to use different account Class's associated to certain billing cycle items and finally Offer codes to help get the correct class when signing up. <--This is working for me.

Challenge I have or can't get to work is when I create an Account Class in customer, go to Maintenance & Preferances > General Preferances > More I then for one company in the "Account Class" field, type in the new account classes, followed by carriage returns appears to be fine.

Its when it goes to invoices it reads from the first company we have in our "Company Address" and not the one I associated to class's too.

Ran indexing and did not help. Any thoughts?
I did like this thread basically http://www.digitalpoint.com/lists/70961.html

    Thanks,

Well I never did test it to see if there would be any problems. I was just saying that in theory it may be possible. But now that I think about it a little more, I think it would work in some ways (like for product selection) but not in others (like displaying the address).

Are you saying my option would be as the amount of class's I need under one Company I would have to keep sending away for a new key.fp5 file?
Is that what other customers are or have done? Just wondering what my options are etc?

Thanks a bunch and for the speedy reponses.

Yeah, I think it would be unfortunately... although if the are just duplicate names, it's not a big deal on this end. I don't know how many unique classes you need for each company, but you could just get a key with 10 slots for each company name if you wanted right off the bat, then not have to worry about it (other than needing to enter new company info for each slot).

There isn't any charge for that... as long as they are just duplicate company names, and not *new* ones.

    Shawn,

Sent an email to your billing department about an hour ago and can you confirm that it was received and not trapped by anti-spam software you might be running? It refernces above and subject line is: "New Key Needed"

    Thanks a bunch...
