Company I work for needs some suggestions. Help me help them please...Reward!

    Hello,

    About the Site
    I work for an education company part time.
    All our business is based online. We basically offer professional development online. So teachers can take courses to get credit towards their degree for salary raises etc. All the course are approved by the board of education in each state.

    In any case. Please suggest anything that you think will help us improve the site.

    We want the site to be user friendly and easy to navigate for eveyone from any state.

    We are in the process of installing SEO and have already installed google anylatics.

    Please suggest/comment on anything that comes to mind. Anything from your first impression to in depth suggestion after browsing.
    It can be from improving the site to internet marketing to anything you think will help us, because right now the site is not at it's best. It can be improved a lot.

    So help me help them:p :) If i get promoted I'll paypal you with a reward and tell which idea got me promoted. Hehe:eek: :D

    Even for parents and kids, the text is way too large for the title and login in the right. Then in the left of the page, the text is rather small.

    Each time you use |, you should leave a space before and put a space after it.

    The arrow for "click here" is way to amateurish for my taste.

    The images aren't always related with the text they should illustrate.

    The rollover images at the top take ages to change when you hover your mouse on them. Also i'm not sure if they are BMP files too? These takes ages to load up as it is, convert them to a .JPEG or .GIF file to decrease their size.

    I would change the header title as it looks a little like MS Word Art font.

    I also think the site would look better if it was central to the page, and not up against the left hand side of the screen.

    the color used in your site are dull, come on use some Bright and new colours also the logo design is out dated, and not fancy, hire some new designer for logo design

    Hello,

    For some reason, your pages are all... LEFT Justified, and it's distracting to me. Also, the "search entire website" box is hidden in the site. I believe this search box should be on the "homepage"
