Community with reward point needed.

I'm looking for a script in which we can build a community. Example, like member can sign up and post their own blog, topic or build their own group with same interest.

I'm also looking for script that come with point/reward system. Example when posting a new topic then they will be rewarded with special points.

Anyone can help?
