Community website reviews very much appreciated...

I am currently in the very early stages of launching a Networking Community and Professional Services Hub website aimed specifically at the IT & Telecom Industries:

    Zrc2.com

I have deliberately kept the site open to members only (including the viewing of member profiles and the Forum) in order to give people a more private environment; obviously, I appreciate that this will cost me a lot in terms of SEO, but I feel that long term, it should not harm me too much.

An example profile page can be viewed by following My Profile

Any comments, suggestions (good or bad - please be as direct as you wish, I won't be offended) or new members would be most welcome.

    Very many thanks,
    Andrew..
